Seasonal Snow Removal Contracts in Angus
One flat rate, unlimited visits - we'll clear your property every time it snows this winter.
How a Seasonal Contract Works
You pay one price at the start of winter. We show up every single time it snows. No counting visits, no invoices after every storm, no wondering if you'll get gouged during a heavy February. It's budgeting made simple.
We're out there when accumulation hits our trigger depth - usually 2 inches. That means your driveway's clear before you even wake up most mornings. If we need to come back twice in one day during a big storm, that's covered. You don't pay extra.
Contracts run November through April in Angus. We cover Brentwood and Sunnidale Corners on the same terms. Sign up before the first snowfall and you're locked in for the season.
What's Included in Your Package
Unlimited Residential Driveway Snow Blowing visits all winter long. We clear the full driveway, turnaround areas, and apron where it meets the road. Salt or sand application is included after each visit so you're not skating to your car.
Walkway Snow Clearing to your front door is part of the deal. We don't just dump you at the end of the driveway and call it done. If you've got a path to a side entrance or garage, we'll add that for a small bump to the seasonal rate.
Storm events get priority response. When Environment Canada calls for 15+ cm overnight, we're running routes before dawn. That's the same Storm Response Snow Clearing commitment our commercial clients get - you're just paying a fraction of the price because we're already in your neighbourhood.
Why Angus Homeowners Choose Contracts
Winter here isn't predictable. Some years we get hammered in December, other years it's all back-loaded into March. A seasonal contract means you're covered either way. Pay-per-push customers who gamble on a light winter often end up paying more when we get slammed.
You're also first in line. Contract customers are on a dedicated route. We clear those driveways before we even look at one-off calls. During a big storm when everyone's phone is ringing, you're already done.
It's just easier. You don't have to call us, we don't have to invoice you twelve times. One payment, one less thing to think about while you're dealing with frozen pipes and holiday chaos.
Pricing That Makes Sense
We base seasonal rates on your driveway size and how exposed your property is. A short single-car pad costs less than a long winding lane that drifts shut every time the wind picks up. We'll come take a look and give you a flat number - no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges.
Most residential contracts in Angus run between $450 and $850 for the season. If we only come out fifteen times, you win. If it's a brutal winter and we're there thirty times, we eat the difference. That's the deal.
We offer a small discount if you prepay in full before November. Monthly payment plans are available too - just splits the total into five instalments. Either way, the price doesn't change once you sign.
Get Set Up Before the Snow Flies
We start booking contracts in October. By mid-November most routes are full and we have to turn people away. If you're reading this after the first storm already hit, call anyway - sometimes we have a cancellation or can squeeze in one more property near Mill Creek.
Setup takes ten minutes. We'll swing by, measure the driveway, talk through any tricky spots or timing preferences you have. You'll get a contract in your inbox same day. Sign it, pay the deposit, and you're done until spring.
Questions about whether a contract makes sense for your place? Just ask. We've been doing this in Angus long enough to give you an honest answer - sometimes pay-per-visit is actually the smarter move for smaller driveways. We'll tell you either way.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if it's a really light winter?
You still pay the seasonal rate. That's the gamble - you're buying insurance against a heavy winter. Some years you'll feel like you overpaid, other years you'll save a fortune. Over time it averages out, and you never get stuck with a surprise $200 bill after one big storm.
Can I cancel mid-season if I decide to move?
If you sell your house or move out of Angus, we'll prorate a refund based on how many visits we've done. If you just change your mind, the contract's binding - we've already allocated equipment and route time for your property. That said, we've never had someone regret signing up once winter actually starts.
Do you clear snow the town plow pushes back into my driveway?
Yes, that's covered. We usually make our rounds before the town plows come through, but if they bury your apron after we leave, call or text us. We'll swing back that afternoon or early next morning at no extra charge. It's part of the unlimited service.
